The Massala Team Do it Again!

Massala have beaten off hundreds of the UK's very Best Indian Chefs and received an award for the Best Traditional Signature dish of 2011 at the National Curry awards in London.

The organizer said “this category showed amazing innovation and quality in the industry and a difficult category to judge due to the number and quality of entries.”

The winning dish Dal makhani is a dish made from black lentils and cooked over charcoal tandoori on a low flame for 30 hours

And if that was not enough, we are also acknowledged as being one of the top 30 Indian Restaurants in the entire UK.
